|This is the cold and flu kit
recommended by Dr. Erica Elliott, a Family Practice
Physician who also specializes in treating the immune
system. Many people will recognize some of the
ingredients, but often have not known the amounts
required to be fully effective.
I suggest you phone in your order if you are already ill. Dr. Elliott suggests keeping a full kit on hand in the refrigerator, as taking these at the onset of symptoms can immediately stop the progression of the cold or flu. For those with immune system vulnerability, I recommend taking this in advance of a possible exposure, such as travelling by plane.
One teaspoon hourly the first day. The second day take only four times a day.
One teaspoon hourly the first day, 4-6 times a day for the next 2 days. (I only use Sambucol Sugarless--Tastes wonderful and helps erase the taste of the Echinacea.)
A new discovery by a Israeli
researcher, this has been researched in two double-blind,
placebo-controlled clinical studies on subjects with the
flu. These studies substantiate that Sambucol(R) is
effective in reducing symptoms and shortening the
duration of the flu when taken early. I personally have
found it to be effective for my students and patients
even after this onset period.
One Gallon Per Day of juice or non-caffeine beverage. This can be crucial to moving through the newer flus more quickly.
MY OWN RECOMMENDATION: to avoid re-infecting yourself by washing your linen, toothbrush, etc. I run my pillow through the dryer.
AVOID INFECTING OTHERS! Those who are elderly or have low-functioning immune systems can experience serious consequences; at the very least, those you infect may lose needed income and may become seriously ill.
Carefully cover your mouth with a handkerchief or thick napkin whenever you cough or sneeze. STAY HOME and get well, rather than forcing yourself to go to work--and thus infecting your co-workers via contacting equipment, etc. that they will contact.
There is no ethical contract that requires you to attend group functions and endanger the health of others and their families and friends!
IMMUNE SYSTEM provides a syrup that contains
many of the ingredients listed in Dr. Elliott's Kit.
However, you may wish to acquaint yourself with the
ingredients and amounts listed for the Kit as well.
